Refunds & Exchanges

You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund or exchange on standard (non-personalized) items. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges are available.

Important: Most of our products are made to order and personalized – we cannot accept returns on these unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

To Qualify for a Refund

✓ Item must be unused and in original condition
✓ Item must be in original packaging
✓ You must provide proof of purchase
✓ Gifts purchased directly for you receive gift credit only

Damaged Items

Item arrived damaged? Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Items We Cannot Refund

✗ Returns after 14 days
✗ Personalized items (signed prints, calendars, etc.)
✗ Custom orders once production has started

Return Process

  1. Email us at louiselimb@aol.com
  2. Send item to: Louise Limb Art and Illustration, 11 Driver Terrace, Silsden, West Yorkshire, BD20 0JR
  3. We’ll email you when we receive your return
  4. If approved, refund processed to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • You pay return shipping – use tracked, insured delivery
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We’re not responsible for items lost in return shipping
  • Refund delays? Check your bank first, then contact your card company

Cancellations

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
