Refunds & Exchanges
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund or exchange on standard (non-personalized) items. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges are available.
Important: Most of our products are made to order and personalized – we cannot accept returns on these unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
To Qualify for a Refund
✓ Item must be unused and in original condition
✓ Item must be in original packaging
✓ You must provide proof of purchase
✓ Gifts purchased directly for you receive gift credit only
Damaged Items
Item arrived damaged? Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Items We Cannot Refund
✗ Returns after 14 days
✗ Personalized items (signed prints, calendars, etc.)
✗ Custom orders once production has started
Return Process
- Email us at louiselimb@aol.com
- Send item to: Louise Limb Art and Illustration, 11 Driver Terrace, Silsden, West Yorkshire, BD20 0JR
- We’ll email you when we receive your return
- If approved, refund processed to your original payment method
Important Notes
- You pay return shipping – use tracked, insured delivery
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We’re not responsible for items lost in return shipping
- Refund delays? Check your bank first, then contact your card company
Cancellations
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
